For over 23 years, Debra has been an outstanding leader helping entrepreneurial business owners to improve operational effectiveness; increase profits and build shareholder equity. She is highly committed to CEO development and has her own unique personal style to helping guide and facilitate business owners to successfully realize their goals.

After 13 successful years as VP Marketing & Business Development for The Executive Committee (TEC) in North America and Australia, Debra established and operated THE PRESIDENT’S TEAM in local markets in Western Canada for over 10 years. Now, as the next stage of developing the business, head office operations have been relocated to Toronto and the program is focusing on serving the needs of the small and medium sized enterprise market right across Canada.

As President she has the major responsibilities of leading marketing and business development programs, maintaining a growing network of expert resources and speakers, as well as ensuring that all aspects of program delivery are aligned to meet changing needs in the marketplace.
